Child Safety & CSAE Standards

Jain Milan is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or any other behavior that may endanger children.

Jain Milan strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexualization of minors.
• Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate sexual contact with a minor.
• Sextortion or sexual blackmail involving minors.
• Trafficking or solicitation of minors for sexual exploitation.
• Any content, communication, profile, image, or activity that facilitates or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Users who violate these standards may have their accounts permanently suspended or removed.

If Jain Milan becomes aware of content or activity involving CSAM or CSAE, we will take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:

• Removing or restricting the reported content.
• Suspending or permanently terminating the involved account.
• Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate.
• Cooperating with law enforcement or relevant authorities when required.
• Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

Users must not use Jain Milan to:

• Contact or target minors for sexual purposes.
• Request, exchange, distribute, or solicit sexual content involving minors.
• Facilitate the exploitation or trafficking of children.
• Encourage or promote CSAE.
• Use the platform for any activity that puts a child at risk of sexual abuse or exploitation.
